Gameathon Update 03.02.09

Hello WKU students and gamers! I can’t believe that Gameathon 2009 is just a little over a month away! The Gameathon team has been hard at work to make this event as fun and exciting as possible. We have finalized the list of this year’s competition games, they include: Halo 3, Call of Duty World at War, Madden 09, Rock Band 2, and Guitar Hero World Tour. We are still discussing the possible addition of Gears of War 2, a Wii competition, and some PC games.
We are still accepting request to be a ref at this year’s event. Being a ref is a paid position and refs cannot compete. We also need as much help as we can get so if you are interested in referring or just joining the Gameathon event planning team please contact us. The Gameathon team meets every Wednesday at 7:00 in Mass Media room 333 so if interested in helping or just curious please stop by.
